Hammerheart Records will not re-issue the Borknagar self-titled album. Hammerheart Records has bought the rights from another company in the past and it seems that this deal was not legal. We apologize to the band and people who have ordered (you will obviously be refunded). The rights for this album belong to Borknagar. We do not release albums that we do not have the rights or legal contract to. Simple as that.

All our releases are official either by license or because  we own the rights. We pay our license partners pretty well and make sure that the contracts are legal and official. In this case we were fooled.
